The homemade madness Jet drive build plans. This jetdrive was modeled after the seadoo jetski’s in such a way that it can be easily made from aluminium sheeting and still matches the original perfect shape from the seadoo. uses parts from a seadoo Jet-pump, wich is used in their jetski’s with horsepowers starting from 120 all the way up to 250 horsepower.

The intake, and all other sheeting parts, are made from 4mm (or 3) aluminum sheeting (you could also use stainless or steel, but aluminum is better) All parts are cut from a sheet using the 1to1 cutting templates wich are printed on normal A4 sheets. to make these parts, you do need a sheet metal brake, or can easily build one yourself. Aluminum in this thickness is easy to shape, but to help the shaping, the plans come with wooden moulds.
